Cold 3C and misty so wrapped up with hat and gloves. Went for the same 8 mile run as last Friday; 2 loops of both lakes at Rother Valley with an extra loop of the northern lake to add the extra mile. Felt ok, usual niggles but my right calf is very gradually improving.

Tried some Boots blister plasters and they were the first to stay put during the run. Not a big problem but trying to cure small blisters on my instep before the marathon/ultra comes along.
