Cool 12C, bright with high cloud; turned brighter and warmed up to around 15C.  Went for a 16 mile run, my usual 13 mile route with an extra loop of Rother Valley.  Started out at an easy pace and had enough left at the end for the extra loop.  Carried 500ml water and 3 small bags of jelly babies.  A good run, and felt fine.  Pleased to begin stepping up the miles with just 5 weeks to Hell on the Humber ultra marathon.  This week’s mileage: 7+7+7+16=37 miles.
