Cool, 9C, grey and overcast.  Went for a 7 mile run.   Puddles here and there at RV but the paths were not that muddy.  Felt fine, took it easy.  Straightforward run.

I’d felt an odd niggle yesterday evening walking home from the tram, sort of left hip area. It came on again walking to the tram after this run.

Mild, 11C, cloudy and persistent light rain.  Went for the usual 7 mile run.  The paths were not too bad, it can’t have rained much overnight.  Felt fine but could see Garmin showing some extreme heart rate figures, consistently in the 160s and 170s while running easy.  Probably need a new battery for the chest strap. Ran in t-shirt and shorts and my forearms were very cold on the first lap.  Enjoyed this run in the rain.

Mild, blue skies and sunshine, slight breeze.  The window thermometer showed 10C in the shade at the start and 16C in the shade at the end.  Went for a 13 mile run and the bright sunshine made it feel quite warm.  Carried and used 2 gels and 500ml water.  Just tried to do an easy pace and make sure I got round without any dramas.  No niggles, but finished thirsty and hot.  Great conditions though after a long, cold winter and a poor spring.

Cool, 5C, blue skies and sunshine.  Went for the usual 7 mile run, wearing a light jacket due to the drop in temperature and Northerly wind.  A strong headwind on the far side of RV but very sheltered on the nearside. Felt a bit of stitch again, in the first few km. No niggles but it felt like a tired run.

Mild, 12C, overcast with high white cloud.  Went for the usual 7 mile run.  Felt a bit tired so kept an easy, even pace.  A bit of stitch on the first lap but no niggles.

Mild, 11C, with rain clouds threatening. Went for the usual 7 mile run. Didn’t feel fast today, so took it easy. Was tired after a long day yesterday, driving Emma and Ashley to the airport. I also felt a stiff neck and back, probably slept awkwardly.  No leg niggles though.

Mild, 12C, high cloud making it overcast.  Went for the usual 13 mile weekend run.  Applied a bit of sun cream and carried 500ml water and 2 gels.  Tried to run a sensible pace, keeping within myself, rather than chasing a time.  No niggles and pleased with the time, just under 2 hours.
