Sunny and cool, 6C. Went for the same 16 mile run as last weekend. Great running weather,  if distinctly chilly compared to the heat we’ve had until now.  I expected my legs to be fatigued after decorating on Saturday, and as I have lots more to do today I stuck to a sensible pace.  Finished fine without any niggles but didn’t have a lot left in my legs. Good to practice running tired for the latter stages of the marathon. Had a gel before starting and another halfway, and drank 500ml water with a SIS tablet in. Pleased with both avg pace and HR.
