6C, mild and overcast with a brisk breeze from the south. Went for a 45 minute run, zone 2. Got the day off after the wedding weekend. Missed the long weekend run but don’t think it’ll affect my overall preparation for the marathon. Today was a straightforward run, no niggles and nice to run in daylight. The Garmin spiked for the first mile as I’d forgotten to wet it.
