5C, cool, overcast. A chill breeze blowing from the North. The plan called for a 75 minute run with 3x1600m intervals (400m recovery). I enjoyed the change to routine and managed to maintain the required pace (5:19 min/km or faster) for the intervals. A tiring run but good, no niggles.
