8C, mild, southerly breeze. Started half an hour earlier than usual as I had to taxi Jacqui somewhere. Went for the longest interval run of the training plan; 75 minute run with 3x 2000m intervals and 400m recovery jog. Felt good and enjoyed the intervals. Easily maintained a better than 5:19 min/km pace for the sprints. Another nice sunrise. This was tiring but not exhausting. Feel well prepared for the London Marathon 🙂
