8C, cool and overcast with a chill breeze. The plan called for a 45 minute run in HR zone 2. Did 1 lap of RV and returned along the Avenue. Straightforward. The taper seems to have started to affect me, being more short tempered and irritable, and there’s still 2 weeks to go!
