10C, overcast, breezy. Heavy rain overnight so lots of puddles. The plan called for a 45 minute run with 2x 800m intervals, 400m jog recovery. I did the second interval at 4:34 min/km (target 5:19 min/km or faster); for me that’s fast. No problems.
