15C, cloudy and dull. The plan called for a 45 minute run in HR zone 2. Set out after returning from a day working in Warrington. Didn’t feel like it, but legs were strong and in the mild weather I ran a bit faster than the plan and HR was more in zone 3 than 2. Drank 500ml water. Straightforward.
