11C, grey and drizzly. Went for a 13 mile run on the usual route. Used 2gels and 500ml water. Took it easy, and legs took a few miles to get going. Slight drizzle on and off, then on entering Wales at 14km it started proper raining on and off all the way home. The ball of my left foot started feeling slightly sore again in just the last couple of miles. Probably residual blistering from the marathon. Was surprised at the time, thought it’d be more like 2:05.
