14C, warm and sunny. Went for the usual 7 mile run. Left thigh didn’t feel 100% after cramp at the weekend, but I took it easy. Felt it a bit at 5k and later on in the run, but it didn’t cramp again. Drank 500ml water to ensure I was hydrated. No reaction afterwards so will keep running.
