15C, sunny, warm. Overslept a bit and started this 7 mile run feeling tired, so took it easy and finished strong. Drank 500ml water and no problems. A disappointing two minutes slower than my other runs this week, but it was just about getting around without injuring my left thigh. My early morning runs really are the best hour of my day 🙂
