14C, high cloud and some sunshine. The plan called for a 60 minute run with 30 minutes of Marathon Pace Session. Did the usual 7 mile route. Felt right heel and left knee at the beginning but they quickly wore off. Was landing on forefoot with a bit of bounce, and easily upped the pace to MPS when I reached 25 minutes in. No other problems and finished with that forefoot bounce. Drank 400ml water.
