9C, sunny and cool. Breezy and fresh. Went for a 7 mile run, easy pace in HR zone 1-2. Legs felt tired after the weekend run and a trip to London for work yesterday. Found a bit of bounce on and off, but just kept it easy. Drank 500ml water. Right heel was a bit stiff but quickly settled down. No problems.
