13C > 15C, sunny, blue skies. Did the same 20 mile run route as 2 weeks ago. Lots of mist rising off the water at RV, sun just coming up, slight breeze on parts of the route. A nice morning. Had gels at 7km, 14km, 21km and 26km, and used my new Ron Hill gel belt. Paced myself OK and suffered relatively few niggles, just the occasional stiff calf etc. Drank 1 litre of water. Finished tired but in OK shape. Just 5 weeks to Yorkshire Marathon, so 2 weeks more high mileage then a taper.
