14C, mild, cloudy with drizzle to start with. The plan called for a 60 minute run in HR zone 2, so did a steady 7 miles, 2 laps of RV. Right heel hurt for the first mile or so, it affected my running gait. Made sure to roller calves after showering. Otherwise a good run. This is the peak week, before entering the taper. I’ll have to be smart to fit all the runs in around a trip to London for pleasure, Warrington on Weds for training and London on Thurs for work.
