15C, grey, overcast, misty. The plan called for a 75 minute run including 60 minutes at Marathon Pace. Started MPS as soon as I got into RV, and did 2 full laps and an extra lap of the northern lake for 59 mins at that pace. Total run of 8 miles. Legs responded well and I enjoyed it, keeping slightly faster than the required pace.

16C, mild, grey and overcast. The plan called for a 75 minute run with 3x 1200m intervals (400m recovery). Did an 8 mile run and legs responded well to the intervals. All niggles went away and I enjoyed a tough but rewarding exercise. Drank 500ml water.

12C, clear skies and a fantastic sunrise 🙂 A cool morning for a 7 mile run. Mist was rising over the lake, stunning view. Legs felt better on the second lap, really got into a nice rhythm. Finished strong. Drank 500ml water. This really is the best hour of the day when it’s this nice.
