training run #883 (recovery #12)

Sunday 28 December, 08:48

0C,cold but no wind, clear blue skies.  Lots of snow and ice around so just planned to to a 4 mile run.  Felt back and glutes when I woke up, after shifting snow yesterday, then sitting around a lot.  But it eased a bit when running and no significant problems.  Carried an old phone in case I slipped and broke something, and used it to take a few scenic pictures. Not bothered about the pace/time, just pleased to get around without slipping and falling.

Yes, really lucky to live near a nice park/lakes, it’s beautiful on a crisp, cold morning 🙂
