1C, cold, clear skies and a freezing wind from the South. Did the same 15 mile route as last weekend, managed to finish before the rain came. Had a gel before starting, followed by 2 more gels and 500ml water during the run. Didn’t notice right heel niggle much, but for the last 4-5 miles the ball of my left foot was sore. It felt like I was pushing slightly harder than last week, hence the faster time and higher heart rate. Enjoyed it.
