training run #921

0C, clear skies, cool.  Hyde Park was fully open so I did a 4 mile loop of the internal paths. Much better than last night’s run on paths outside the park (mostly).  Also, I ran anticlockwise this time which felt more comfortable as I always run RV that way.  Felt good and pushed a bit, it ended up as something of a Marathon Pacing Session (MPS).  I’d delayed getting out of a warm hotel bed but really enjoyed this run.  Probably overdressed but the easterly wind was cool.
