4C, overcast and cold.  Went for a 15 mile run.  Felt OK from the start and no niggles.  Enjoyed the uphills around Pebley and Harthill and finished much stronger than recent long runs.  Pace got faster on the return through RV and I finished 3.5 minutes faster than my other 15 milers this year.  And still had plenty left, could have run further.  This week I’ve got five runs in for a total of 37 miles, not exactly sticking to the marathon training plan but it’s an increase from the 4 runs per week I usually do.
