conditioning session

19C, sunny, hot. Did the following:

Steps x10, hops 3×5 > run 1 km > repeat steps and hops at entrance to RV > run 1 km > repeat steps and hops near waterski lake > walk back.

It was simply too hot to run back home, felt cr*p in the heat.

Felt like I’d used a few dormant muscle groups. And I expect to get better balance and increase reps and running going forward. No Garmin data.
