4C, cold, breezy.  Did a 10 mile run today, three laps of Rother Valley.  It makes such a difference running in daylight, being able to run easy and know where my feet are landing helped my pace.  Early cloud cover shifted to make for a lovely sunrise.  It seemed like my pace improved each lap, got a second and third wind, but haven’t looked at the detailed data.  Felt thirsty and could have done with carrying some water.  Pleased with progress, did 31 miles this week: 7+7+7+10.

Avg pace:  5:48 min/km
