3C, cold, overcast. Went for a 15 mile run. Started off at a slow pace, kept it easy in the middle and finished feeling better than last weekend’s 13 miler.  Drank 500ml water and had gels at 8 km and 16km.  Occasional light drizzle turned into rain on the return through Wales and around Rother Valley.  Slight right heel niggle in the first km and more blistering on left instep. Really need to get some new trainers bought.  Ten weeks to Manchester Marathon. Forty weeks to New York Marathon.
