2C rising to 8C, cool, misty with sun breaking through. Went for a 16 mile run.  Had porridge for mini breakfast, then gels at 7km, 14km and 21km with 500ml water. Legs didn’t feel that strong so just paced myself and enjoyed the run. No niggles or issues and finished tired but not broken. Four weeks to Manchester Marathon.
