2C, cold, sunny. Went for a 13 mile run. Just aimed to do an easy pace and get round the route OK, legs didn’t feel that strong today. Had 2 gels and 500ml water. Found a bit of acceleration to pass another runner around 13k and noticed my pace was increasing slightly going round RV in the last few km. No heel niggles today. 28 weeks to New York marathon.
