11C, warm and sunny, blue skies. A 7 mile run.  

I’ve decided to have another go at my calves with foam roller and a tennis ball, to try to keep fit for New York marathon and avoid heel problems getting in the way. So far so good, last night’s rollering hasn’t made my legs/heel any worse. If anything heel is slightly better than average today.

Lovely weather today, could have done with a bit more cooling breeze but can’t complain.  Drank 500ml water. Seemed to tire a bit towards the end, partially due to carrying heavy laptop etc round Leeds for work yesterday.
