18C, warm, overcast, humid. A 15 mile run.  I didn’t push hard because it was warm, and the sun came through at Harthill and Kiveton making it hot.  Had 3 gels and 500 ml water.  Dehydrated a lot and could have done with more water.  Tired towards the end but enjoyed it and happy to get round safely.  

16 weeks to New York marathon so the training plan gets more serious. Got two weeks off work so will mix running and resting.

Distance:  24.43km

Time:  2:28:18

Avg HR :  151bpm

Avg pace:  6:04 min/km

Calories:  1948
