14C, mild and overcast. A 7 mile run.  Did an OK first lap and a felt a bit tired second lap. A few niggles in several places but nothing persistent. This was the fourth consecutive day running and was surprised to match Wednesday’s time 🙂 Expected it to be about 2 minutes slower. Overall, I think this week has shown signs of improving fitness (better times) as I step up the training. New York is 11 weeks away.
