12C, mild, overcast, breezy. An 8 mile run today, including intervals of 3x 1200m with 400m recovery. Legs still felt tired from the weekend long run but tried to stick to the training schedule knowing I have a business trip later this week that will cost me a run. Tired towards the end, and the wind strengthened too on the home stretch. Drank 500ml water.
