12C, mild, cloud cover.  A 7 mile run today with intervals – 3x 1600m with 400m recovery. I enjoyed pushing on for the intervals and the change to routine. The usual niggles were there but well in the background. Felt strong. Drank 500ml water. Nice sunrise at the end.
