8C, cool, dark, wet underfoot. A 10 mile run which included about 76/77 minutes of Marathon Pace Schedule. The training plan asked for 80 mins of MPS but I did three full laps of RV and it was a few minutes short.  Aimed to run MPS between 5:20 and 5:30 min/km, in places I went slightly faster. 

Legs were fine, obviously tired towards the end having run back to back with yesterday’s interval session. Drank 500ml water. Lots of rabbits on the first two laps and can’t be sure I haven’t double-counted; they all look the same!
