6C, cool, breezy. A 13 mile run. Shorts and tshirt in the middle of January. Went on my usual half marathon route, seems a while since I’ve done it. Kept the pace easy. Enjoyed it.  No ankle problems. Drank 500ml water and had 2 gels.

Time:  2:02:37

Avg HR:  144bpm

Avg pace:  5:49 min/km

Calories:  1388
