2C, cold, frosty. A 10 mile run including Marathon Pacing Session. The schedule called for a 90 minute run with 70 mins of MPS; I did three whole laps of RV for 75 mins / 9 miles of MPS.  Legs felt OK and I actually got a bit faster and did my best splits on the second half of the run.  Drank 500ml water. Saw a lovely red sky and sunrise.

Rest day tomorrow as I have a work trip to London.  That’ll just be lugging my laptop all over the capital then…

Avg HR:  143bpm (seems low)

Avg pace:  5:26 min/km
