14C, warm, sunny.  A 4 mile run.  Legs felt sluggish for most of this run, didn’t get going until I was exiting Rother Valley.  Just plodded around, noticed a few niggles – left hamstring, hip, foot.  Drank 400ml water.  Kept it to one lap so I’ll have something left for a commute run into work on Friday.  Not a great run today, but any run is better than no run 🙂

Avg pace:  9:36 min/mile

Wildlife:  1 squirrel, 1 rabbit, lots of geese (incl new goslings) and a few ducks
