14C, warm, overcast and muggy. An 8 mile run-commute.  Didn’t need to navigate today, remembered the route perfectly.  Had bounce throughout, and only slight foot niggle.  Drank 400ml water and had a gel before and at halfway.  Enjoyed it.

Avg pace:  9:24 min/mile
