14C, warm and sunny. An 8 mile run-commute.  Had a gel before starting, another at 4 miles and 500ml water.  Felt ok and ran a steady pace, not pushing hard. Kept going up the hills and enjoyed it. Slight heel niggle early on.

Avg pace:  9:09 min/mile
