An hour in the gym. 20 mins on rowing machine. Then went on 5-6 weights machines. Finished on abs machine.

14C-19C, warm, sunny, breezy. A 13 mile slow long run. Deliberately kept it easy after sprinting the parkrun on Saturday.

Drank 250ml and had a gel. Apart from heel niggle I also noticed right knee part way round and both quads stiffening a bit.
