Forgot to blog this early run before my cycle commute on Wednesday. Doing these back to backs on Weds and to/from parkrun will hopefully help me build endurance from running/cycling on tired legs.

An easy paced run around the streets near home. Enjoyed this run in early sunshine.

Avg pace: 9:40 min/mile
