Clumber Park parkrun

18C, warm. A VR mid-month tourist takeover at Clumber Park. Not a lot left in my legs after yesterday’s long run so used it as a recovery run.

Distance: 3.1 miles

Official time : 30:07 I saw it took 40 seconds to pass over the start line after the ‘Go’.

13C, cool, breezy, a bit overcast. Went for a long run in the Peak District, 21.6 miles. Started at Totley, went over Big Moor, Curbar, Froggatt, Longshaw, Houndkirk, Lady Canning’s Plantation, Limb Valley and looped back to the start. Ran out of water in the last couple of miles, otherwise felt good.
